Dover white with black stripes, black vinyl top and ivory houndstooth interior. This car is the cleanest Z28 I have ever seen. Oh yeah, and it has 45,000 original miles!
ThisZ28 is a two owner car. The second owner purchased the car in 1984 with 43k miles. The Z was purchased new in 69 at Ellis Burk Chevrolet in San Francisco.The original owner had the motor decked and the numbers were lost. We believe it to be original. It is a period correct block, the casting code is 3970010.
This Camaro has had a nut and bolt, frame off restoration in 1997. Everything done to factory oem specs down to the grey and black phosphate bolts. The Z28 went on to win numerous car shows including first place at the Oakland Roadster Show and was a runner up as Goodguys Muscle Car of the Year.
The Camaro has been stored in a climate controlled garage ever since. it is as clean underneath as it is on the inside and outside. It is an original California car with original custom California black plates. The Z28 has gauges/console , rosewood steering wheel, cowl induction hood, power steering, power disc brakes, and deluxe interior with woodgrain dash.It has the original rally wheels and polyglass tires. This car looks like a million dollars and drives like a dream. Driving down the road this car turns more heads than a Ferrari. The new owner will be the envy of everybody.
From my research i believe this is truly a one of one Z28. i have never seen another one with this color combo with a ivory houndstooth interior. As you can see from the picture this car is flawless.
