Not sure why the surge in popularity has increased so much over the last few years but we cannot keep them in stock. We sell a bunch of them. Our customers love cruising around town in a classic truck. This example has a super nice solid, all steel body, great paint, trim, chrome, and glass. The color is quite unusual. It is reminiscent of the mid sixties GM color Reef Turquoise. It was popular on the 65, 66, and 67 GTO along with some other models. Aqua is probably the best way to describe it. In the photos it may look blue on some computer screens but in person it is more green than blue. It is a very pleasant color that looks great with the wide white wall tires, chrome accents, and real wood bed with matching bed-rails. It is very original in most details. It has been converted to a 12 volt system with turn signals added. It is easier to operate with the extra voltage. It starts right up and runs like a top. Power comes from a rebuilt 235 Thrift-Master inline 6 cylinder motor. It is backed by a smooth shifting 3 speed transmission with a column shifter. The immaculate interior is very nice with a subtle gold hue and gray cloth fabric seat cover and door panels. It looks really nice in person. The gauges are clean and clear. The chassis is clean and shows very well. It even has a stock type exhaust system. This truck only has 2125 miles since the rebuild.
