The large 3.0L inline 4 cylinder engine was an updated version of the 944's straight 4, but now produced 236 horsepower and included the addition of Porsche's new VarioCam variable valve timing system. The 968 also included the addition of a dual-mass flywheel and six speed manual transmission replacing the old 5 speeds in the 944. This 968 convertible is draped in a dark Night Blue Metallic paint over a clean midnight blue interior and matching blue soft top.
