For sale is a very Nice 38' 1996 newmar mountaineer with only 15k with a large Slide Out!!

Outside Condition: The outside of the motorhome is in great shape. The camper has nice smooth sides, good paint and stripes, Brand new tires this week , good glass, basement storage, slide out, slide out awning, a big awning, rear ladder, tow package, Ford 460 motor,

Inside Condition: The inside is also in very good shape. Up front the camper has a chair, tilt wheel, cruise control, , upper cabinets, AC, back up monitor, and a radio. Behind the drivers chair is the slide out. The slide out has a nice couch that makes a bed. The kitchen is in the middle of the camper. The kitchen has a dinette that makes a bed, nice cabinets, double sink, panasonic microwave, Wedgewood gas stove, and a Norcold refrigerator and freezer. The bathroom is down the hall way. The bathroom has a big shower with a glass surround, sink, medicine cabinet, and a seperate room for the stool. The bedroom is in the rear of the camper. The bedroom also has a closet with mirrored doors, a dresser, and a place for a TV.

The camper is in overall good shape. We just drove the unit almost 100 miles and it drove great and we took it to belle tire for all new tires There are no leaks or odors.

There are no known roof leaks

This RV can sleep a total of 6.

The sofa converts to a bed for 2 kids.

The dinette converts to a bed for 2 kids.

The bed in the rear sleeps 2 adults.

The carpet looks good as you can see in the pictures. There might be a stain or two but

nothing to be concerned about.
